When I got it back, the e stand still worked. So, the upgrade software (14.2) was available in e version. Not all e167 machines had the e-stand removed at the time of this upgrade. The upgraded software was available in both i and e versions, so it was not related to the loss of e-stand.

Hahaha good catch. The feature we are referring to is the E-stand. The only working kickstand that Segway Inc ever made
