2nd Edition Lithium Battery Reconditioner From MTO Battery
MTO Battery is proud to announce that our 2nd Edition lithium battery reconditioners are here. These were specifically designed for use on the Segway Personal Transporter lithium battery packs and offer the ultimate in safety, functionality, and reliability when it comes to allowing over-discharged batteries to function again.
Keep your Segway lithium batteries up and running with our newest lithium battery reconditioner. This new model offers voltage display during the process so you can see it working. We have also updated the software to enhance it's intelligence and ability to adapt to additional charge curves based upon battery condition. These units will be available to ship next week for those of you who pre-ordered them. http://www.mtobattery.com/shop/lithi...reconditioner/

Looks great!
I have used the 1st gen reconditioner, and was very impressed with the functionality and system itself. It was easy to use, and the instructions were clear, so anyone can get the job done with what came in the box... I am sure that this one is even better. Good luck to MTO (Jason, et al) on this project.

Looks really cool. What sort of chipset runs the circuitry?

Would this work on any other lithium batteries? I have a rental business and use battery powered decorative LED lights. I have a stack of 20 or more "dead" lithium ion batteries that I would love to bring back to life.

The programming in this unit is specific to the voltage/chemistry of the Segway lithium batteries. What type of lithium ion batteries do you have? We have the ability to modify the programming in our unit to accomodate most voltages/chemistries of lithium.
