same problem
Charging light is red on one battery, volt meter shows full battery at 75 volts, I can see a little red light inside the battery. Anyone figure this out?

It "sounds like" your BMS "might have" locked the battery out for some reason. It is possible that we can reset it and the issue will go away. It is also possible that the cells and/or BMS have another issue which is causing this problem. We would not reset the BMS without thoroughly checking the cells first. Hope this helps.
