Any latest news of getting Disney, Universal to allow segways for the Disabled?

With the new 2014 ADA rules on segway use by the disabled has there been any new progress getting Disney and Universal to budge on allowing disabled users of segways or are they still fighting the DOJ and ADA?

As far as I know the Disney deal is done. No segways ever. It was part of of a class action settlement in perpetuity. They worked around the new reg before it was official and now are immune.

I was at universal in January here in Florida with a friend on a Segway. He got in without issue.
