Yes, it was in Reno - 80 miles SE of me. I had plans to spend the weekend with friends there, but I got put on new meds recently and they are messin' with my sanity. Arrived in Reno Friday afternoon, had new meat installed on my i180 rims and then drove home. I was looking forward to using my new camera on them balloons. However, I did see this one hovering over Quincy a couple weeks ago:
