Redundant systems on miniPRO
I know that most users upgrading from hoverboards probably won't be asking this question, but I have a few quick questions for those who have already received their miniPROs:
1. Does the miniPRO have two batteries on the bottom or one? If one, does it have two sets of connectors? [Technically they could have redundant cell packs and two sets of wires in one connector...but two batteries is a positive sign towards redundant batteries.] 2. Do the foot pads on each side have two or more sensors underneath them? 3. Did the machine come with any literature which alluded to redundant systems? I know that the miniPRO takes several measures to protect riders against individual system failures--such as slowing the rider down when the batteries are low and most likely to have an issue--but it would be pretty cool to know if there are actually redundant systems onboard. |

I'd suggest submitting those questions to Segway on Amazon. They get back to you within a day.
