I've had a segway since 2003 (maybe Jan of 2004) and I don't know if I have ever seen 'Segway' and 'cheap' in the same sentence.

Good luck in finding your fenders. Perhaps you can buy some scratch and dents from a tour group? (and paint them yourself?)
