Gen 1 motor in Gen 2 Segway???

Hi All,

I have an X2 Segway that was giving me an error code. Sent it to Segway and they said it was a bad motor. I had them send it back, NOT repaired, because I had a couple of good Gen 1 motors from an old Segway. When I replaced the the bad motor in our X2 with the good Gen 1 motor, it started right up with no error code, BUT now I am getting an unhappy face and it is not allowing it to go over about 6 mph. ANY THOUGHTS????

I have a gen two i need to put motor in. have a donner gen two segway
How do change motor?
