For an i2 it's a CR2430. I would strongly guess it's the same for X2...

Where did you search and read, that you weren't able to find the information?

Googling 'segway x2 infokey battery' gets lots of valid hits.
And the information is in the i2/x2 instruction manual (available online, too).
