Mid to Lower East Coast-Places to glide?
Does anyone know of some nice places to glide on the East Coast (bike/walk paths), preferably from Maryland & south as far as north Florida? I'm looking for hills, streams, wooden bridges, waterfalls, shaded is nice! Great restaurants is a nice bonus. Winston-Salem, NC is a SUPER Seg town with great places to glide & good restaurants! I have been there 3 times in the past year. I'm looking for other similar places. I would appreciate any suggestions from forum members. You all have always been very helpful anytime I have reached out. I am hoping to get some good ideas on this post.
Thanks as always, Denise in MD |

I use this website to find interesting paths. Make sure they are friendly in your state (or the state you are in) before gliding.
