Default Segway i180 help please

Hi, my battery went bad over the winter! Where is the best place to either purchase a refurbished battery or send mine off to be repaired? I'm just outside of Vancouver BC. I have looked around online but I can't determine what is reputable or isn't. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

I agree. MTO and Jason (the principal there) are very much an upstanding organization, and very reputable.

There are other options if you want to try to potentially restore the battery on site, but if you want a place to send the battery, MTO is it.

You can find their info here on this site, and give them a call to make a plan that works for you and your situation.
