Default Is this a good deal??? 2011 fleet i2 9,000mi

I came across a 2011 tour fleet i2, no accessories, with nearly 9,000 miles on it and the batteries are at 75 to 80% capacity per the seller. Besides some strictly cosmetic issues, there is nothing wrong with it at all. The seller agreed to $2,800. Is this a bad deal if I want to resell it later on?? Please let me know ASAP!!! I really appreciate it! I really really need advice on this quick.

Unfortunately, I cannot provide a link as it is against forum rules under 5 posts. I

cosmetic issues may be the most important me thinks if you do decide to resell soon check the battery claims of the seller=a horse with "no hoofs"could be a real pain only you can decide if its worth it" a brand new one has hidden value=dependability etc
i hope a real expert has a better answer

how does the seller determine battery capacity? i wouldn't rely on how many bars you can see on the info key

I think the practically new I2 SE that AtlantaGuy is selling for $4500 is a much better deal. When you add in the cost of new batteries, which you will eventually need, it's actually less money.

Default New Segway i2 SE

It has less then 10 miles of use and I have 2 info keys and original box.
It is registered to me as owner. My sister paid 6100.00 plus tax for unit. It has the new handle bar design and lights plus a warranty.

The price is 4500 and I prefer local pickup but can ship at your expense thru Fedex at the cost of 150.00. Payment must be paid by check and check must be able to be cashed over the counter in my city.

Accepted banks of choice can be Bank of America, Chaae, Wells Fargo, or any other bank that has a location in Atlanta.

The price was just reduced.
