My new 2016 I2 SE

Probably just being way to concerned about my new Segway but. I know I'm supposed to hear the motors humming but when I move around slowly I hear I think maybe gears clunking. Is that normal? Thanks.

That's called "gear lash". The noise the gears make as the teeth run together at slow speeds. Completely normal.
