Default Li-ion battery reviver in SoCal?

I just picked up a pristine 2010 i2 with only 41 miles on it. The guy told me it was left uncharging for too long and now shows a red light on the charger. The other battery is fine.

I put one of my other i2's batteries on it, and it runs fine and charges fine.

Is there someone in SoCal who has a battery reviver that I could try before I get a new battery? This i2 was barely used, so I'm thinking maybe the battery can be saved.

Anyone?

MTOBATTERY,

But, if it is not successful in reviving the battery, i'm still out the $150+, right?

The drained battery is currently measuring about 10.5v.

Any idea on the likelihood of this battery being revived?

Correct, the rental fees are non-refundable. 10.5V is not an abnormal number for us to see in a battery that is overdischarged. How old is the battery? How strong was it before it was left unplugged? If you would like to discuss on the phone I will be in the office today 717-751-2705.

I was able to borrow a reviver from a segway owner who lives near me.

Unfortunately, the battery has indeed been sitting discharged for too long, and is bad.

Thanks for all the help and suggestions.

Much appreciated!

Default I have a battery reviver in Los Angeles

If anyone is looking to revive a battery in the Los Angeles area I have one of the Australian ones that I got from 'dgbint'. It worked flawlessly on mine. You can reach me at 310-770-6011. Thanks, Dennis.
