Default Ninebot E's in shop now. Any Questions?

Hey All,

We just got some Ninebot E's in stock. Building them now... if you have any questions, please post'em here and I'll do my best to answer.

Best,

Jared

How far will it go on a full charge?
How fast(approx)...
How does it handle compared to a i2 or X2?
Does it come with keys, or are you to use your smart phone only?
How is it built? much plastic?
Water proof?

Range - Approx 18 miles
Speed - 12 mph

Handling - It's going to feel familiar but different. Much more similar to a p133, than an i-Series or gen:2. For those with plenty of Segway experience there is no learning curve. However, there are some things like slight tilting on a fast stop that may make Segway owners nervous, but a new rider would probably never notice.
Keys - Kinda neat. I'll post a pic soon.
Build quality - Listen... it's not a Segway PT. That being said, it is nicer than I was expecting. I'll stop here until I have some more time with it.

Do a hard use test, keep using it on kerbs, drops, just generally treat it badly, until you feel the test is satisfactory or the unit is broken.

Someone has to do it...

Here are some quick and dirty pics of the keys that come with the E. Not the build quality of an infokey, but does the trick... and presented very nicely.

Default Other Info

Quick Notes:

The iPhone app is pretty cool. Provides basic info.

But the app also allows you to control the E with your phone. You have to take the handlebar off... and I'm not sure what the intended application is, but it's damn fun... and that's enough for me
