This may not be exactly what you are hunting, but - Lee's Summit, Missouri ordinance:
Sec. 29-521. - Electric powered assistive mobility devices, requirements for operation. A. An electric powered assistive mobility device may be operated upon a street, highway, sidewalk, and bicycle path. Every person operating such a device shall be granted all of the rights and be subject to all of the duties applicable to a pedestrian pursuant to RSMo ch. 304. B. Persons under sixteen (16) years of age shall not operate an electric powered assistive mobility device, except for an operator with a mobility-related disability. |
