It was bound to happen! After Mccain won Florida his last option was super tuesday! If he did not pull ahead he was done and as his campaign is funded in part by his own money, it is smart to settle his losses and go home!

I think he saw the handwriting on the wall. It's all about the money - I think he sees it as a losing proposition. Given that McCain has said he knows nothing about national issues, such as budgets and so on, maybe he will be kind enough to choose Romney to VP, since apparently Romney has a bit more experience in this arena. Ghod forbid he choose a man who wants to rewrite the constitution to match the bible as it is interpreted today. (Even if that man is a great talker and has a great since of humor)

Sad in a way...
Because in this time of Race does not matter, Religion does not matter...
It really does make a difference! And the money that is needed to run for any elected office, is unbelievable! The big fight will be between the Democratic Canidates, I think that will get nasty, which is a shame!

McCain and Huckabee have been talking all nice-nice. Romney and McCain have really been mixing it up.
I believe a McCain Romney ticket would be a reasonable consideration, but is very unlikely. I believe if anything, a McCain Huckabee ticket is more likely. Not better, just more likely. It is also a good deal for Huckabee, because he wants to be president, and if they were elected, and if McCain lives out the first term, the second one is less likely, and even if he lives thru that one, it is always easier to run as incumbent than from the outsider... I will restate what I have many times, with 300,000 thousand citizens, and 10% more here illegally, you would think we could field a better group to choose between.

Well, I'm sure I have pictures taken at exactly the wrong moment of me around here, too. Looks like whatever she was talking about she was really passionate about.
