MTO Battery shout-out

Just a quick thank you to Jason & his team at MTO. Truly great in-person service. His in-depth knowledge of the Segway as well as how I've used mine was very enlightening as to why my batteries had failed after almost 8 years.

Since I was not terribly far away, I made an appointment and was powered up in very little time.

I highly recommend MTO!

I'll add my kudos. They rehabbed a battery set for me and now that Segway is once again operational. Did a great job, good communication and quick turnaround on the batteries. I'd recommend them...

MTO did my Li-Ion's in March 2015 after nine (9) years and have about 1,500 since, total of 10,000 since 2006. Excellent service, good craftsmanship and the digs are to die for. Highly recommended.
