Default The Going- a seat for the Segway

Just saw the "Going chair".
Is it new? Anyone have thoughts or info on it? Here is link:

http://www.livingspinal.com/Going-Se...-p/goi-kit.htm

We have had many threads/posts on seats for Seg. Curious what folks have actually purchased and experiences installing, buying, repairs, etc.

if you are willing to share...
Thanks

Default not a new concept, but might be a new design

There have been several designs with this concept. There's one from the UK, but I can't think of the name. The one from across the pond doesn't have a cover for the internals and has an adaptor to move the control rod off to the side so it can be operated with one hand and allow easier transfers to and from the device.

There are more than a dozen different suppliers each with their own advantages and disadvantages. I had researched them for 4+ years before finally purchasing a Segfree last fall. They're pretty neat! PM me if you want some info. I have compiled a spreadsheet detailing the various models.

Any that have a shaft up front is a ATV not a wheelchair. If you can't pull it under a table it's no good as a wheelchair.

Fun for everything else.

Thank you. Very nice, but still too expensive for me personally Just about everything is, besides DIY, but I don't have the ability for DIY now.

Wow, could you PM me some info on the Segfree and others? Not that I can afford the Segfree, but it looks wonderful on the X2. Thanks!
