Thank You Segnation of Annapolis

I don't know what the policy is, but just a header. I am in no way assc. W/ Segnation. I just a very happy customer who wanted to thank and recommend this awesome company.

So, I rarely do this. I don't yelp. I don't fill out customer questionnaires and I hang up on customer response surveys. But I wanted to thank Segnation of Annapolis, MD. They got me an awesome brand new x2 on 24 hours notice. They added everything I wanted, dropped it off the next day. But what I found to be the best part, the expert took me through the entire machine from turtle mode to full throttle. He even went so far as teaching me how deal with speed bumps and sharp inclines. He was also able to answer all my most esoteric questions about aftermarket products with a high degree of specificity.

By the end I felt fully comfortable to the point that I spent the rest of the day running errands on it and messing around with the offroad capabilities.

For those in the Northern Va, DC or Baltimore area with an interest in Segways I strongly recommend this company.
