I think there's a language problem. Could you explain in more deail what you mean by "blocking the batteries", and also tell us what happens if you do not "block the batteries"?

I use the segway i2 regular route or two and put it to charge the battery by connecting start blink while the 2 green LED as a thousandth of a second in red hardly noticeable, haveces after that remains Normal charging the batteries, and sometimes blocks me batteries (like) the batteries are useless, I open and two solid red lED on the bms.
And only I can use them again opening them and disconnecting all cables from bms. have any way to make it without the battery all the clearing?
if they know how to fix the problem of my segway and that causes it?

Hello,

Based on your description I am assuming that you may have Rev.AF batteries which were manufactured around 2010. Is that correct? If so, I am aware of such an issue and I able to correct the issue that you are experiencing but it would require your batteries to be sent to us for repair.
