Default I2 battery stays in balancing mode

Hi guys, new to the segway team but I just been charging my segway (2ndhand) over night and from what I can tell one of my batteries is still balancing with quick flashes.

Has anyone else every had this as the battery seems to work fine just continues to try to balance when changing?

If you're talking about the green lights, those never turn off. When they are red, then you have a problem.

Or are you referring to quick green blinking vs. slow green blinking?

What sort of Segway and what kind of batteries?

Suggest you swap the batteries front/rear and observe, and report here.

When the indicator flashes fast at the end of charging it is attempting to balance the cells or there is a high temperature condition. If fast blink does not go away after a few hours of being plugged into the charger you likely have one or more cell issues or potentially a defect within the BMS which regulates the charge going into the battery.

is balancing the same as equalizing charge?
how long should lithiums be left in fast alternating blinking mode?
if batteries do get into fast blinkey does that mean they are in really good condition?i write mine down to keep track of my charging record=iam old. like 4green blinkeys for my two.

after the quick green blinking is it supposed to stop on its own? two lithium supposedly on two x2s that i charge at the same time.

It never stops all the way. Leave the segways plugged in when not in use.
