Sounds like you have tried everything you can now, so yes hopefully Segway UK can help you.
I'd just to confirm, when you look at Page 36 of the Gen 1 Reference Manual and compare the two illustrations of the User Interface that show the System Faults, does your fault code look like: (1) the top illustration for a Platform Fault (red, wrench, all battery level segments), or (2) the bottom illustration for an unlocated fault (red, wrench, middle three battery level segments on each side showing, top and bottom segments missing)?
