Newbie problem wth X2

Hi ! I have problem with starting my new segway. When I press start button I
don'h hear engine, there's no Battery Gauge on InfoKey, seg don't go into
Ballane Mode. There is no error code shown on InfoKey. All five led are red, the red lights swirl and then the middle light blink red and then the whole thing powers down after few seconds. Battery was
charged for 12, and green led flash. What can be the problem, please help me

that's the sleep mode enable with 4 secondes , i think... change the AUTO-OFF timing when no foot and balance mode OFF (New Infokey 2007/2008 only).

While the lights are spinning in a circle, have you tried tapping the mat with your foot?

How can I change this AUTO-OFF timing on my InfoKey ? I don't see enything about this in my Reference Manual. Maybe my Infokey is older then 2007/2008

When I tapp the mat when the lights are spinning unfortunately nothing's happen. Lights are still spinning and after few seconds seg is off.

try to unplug batteries for 24 hours and battery of Infokey, too
