miniPRO MiniPro plastic spoke cover question.

Hello All,

Am new here and this is my second post. This is a neat site.

I recently purchased a MiniPro and am very happy with it as a product. My question is regards each wheel: why are the three spokes in red and the fourth in a gray that protudes outward? I was wondering if there was some latent function in this setup that I'm unaware of, or is this simply an aesthetic approach taken by the designers.

I looked under the gray spoke and it's simply a recessed area to accommodate the gray cover. I've not yet pried up the red spoke covers because I'm guessing it's the same situation.

Thanks for any tips coming this way.
