Infokey Button not working
The power button on my infokey is always compressed, as if a needed spring is not pushing it out as it should.
I don't know how these buttons are designed, can I take the infokey apart and perhaps fix this myself? Thanks Steve |

Yes if you are mechanically inclined.
See here for my tip on how to remove the screws. http://forums.segwaychat.com/showthread.php?t=25474

I fixed my info key button spring by rounding the point of a 16 penny nail and lightly taping the spring/metal to increase the dimpal thus giving it more spring. R&R of the small e clip was tedious but not impossible. working for now, will post any update as I have many more buttons to fix.

Update on info key repair: I found that if you put the little e clip on a piece of tape it keeps you from dropping it fourteen times. It also helps to align it on the small shaft as it gives you something to hold onto. Al
