Segvator!!

I just wanted to give a shout-out and standing ovation to SEGVATOR, particularly Krystal (last name withheld). My SEGVATOR suddenly quit operating after a short drop from my hitch receiver. I am pretty handy with tools and mechanics, but I was stumped; this occurrence making no sense. So I engaged in taking apart the module to reconstruct, assuming a wire had popped lose. I took copious pictures from my phone for reassembly. Wouldn't you know it that my phone was destroyed before the photographs were uploaded to iCloud? Ouch! I depend on my SEGVATOR lift for transport with my fairly high Diesel pick-up. Needless to say I could not figure it out. I tried several times to get a hold of SEGVATOR, but they are a company that is significantly charitable and not budgeted with a full-core administrative staff. A few days later, I received an email from Krystal at SEGVATOR. We exchanged some texts and phone messages and Krystal was unwilling to send me the schematic, which I completely sympathize with. She did better!

After a short disassembly of the electric box from the frame, I mailed it to her on her promise that they would fix it or send me a new motor. BAM! It arrived about 10 days later, I installed it, and I am back in business.

Absolutely, Dave and everyone else out there have always been great to know. I am impressed with your acknowledgement of their company setup and willingness to give them time to reply. They are indeed extremely charitable and while I cannot speak for them I am sure they enjoyed working with a nice person like yourself.
