... like CG fireworks added in, and BSOD on the stadium roofscreens, and getting a cute child to mime to the voice of one not considered cute enough... |

Seems like a fair enough comment to me. China's done a number of things that don't exactly help its PR efforts. They're hardly alone in that, of course.
The comment may be largely irrelevant, and off-topic, but I can't find any hint of ignorance. And one could reasonable argue that even the irrelevant actions hurt China's efforts to be taken seriously as a trading partner, and a supplier of quality products. |

If it was a good idea...
If it was a good idea, then Segway would have been selling them already.
I will NOT buy one of those things. Granted, at times I have wished my Segway had a smaller footprint, but I can't imagine those Toyota things are comfortable to ride or preform nearly as well as a true Segway. On the other hand, many headlines include refrance to the real Segway, so maybe the PR will help sales. |
