Seat for Segway
Dear all,
I'm new to Segway Chat and I want to present a NON PROFIT product! I want to highlight the non profit part because it is not my intention to market this product commercially. We made 15 pieces, tested them thoroughly and now want to see if we can help handicapped or disabled persons riding a Segway! It's so much fun and much more flexible and convenient that a wheelchair or a disabled scooter. A supplier left the market (SegSeat) and we want to fill up this gap with a high quality Segway Seat called the GlideSeat. It is a laser cut stainless steel seat that combines the benefits of the SegSeat and the SegSaddle. Please have a look at my website where you can see photos and videos. We are seeking a partner that can market this product on a non or low profit bases! Please contact me! Thanks! |

Thanks
Hi Airdale, thanks for the recommendation. Unfortunately our seat is only suited for the GEN 2 models. It actually designed for GEN 2 unlike the SegSeat that was designed for the GEN 1 and than modified.

Looks great. Much too expensive for me
The site looks commercial... are you making them available for below the price on your site? Still doubt I could afford one. |

After Segway gets their three wheel patrol model to market perhaps they should consider developing and marketing another model option for their authorized Segway product line.......a SIT and Glide PT Model.

My name is Hans Willems, i too live in the Netherlands and I received my i2 at the end of 2010 partly through the WMO which is known to you I take. In the meantime I have glided over 5000 km but I am still looking for a seat, the Seg seat I found very havy and expencive, but your saddle looks very good to me. Is it possible to fold it in? Can you tell me how and where I can see your sadle. Regards, Hans Willems hanswillems@lijbrandt.nl |
