Default slight comfort mat woe

Hello fellow gliders,

Do any of you have a solution to the comfort mat hitting the weight sensors? Every time i get off of my unit and want to shut it down, i have to bend down and lift the mat up and then shut it down. Another issue i'm having is that when i power up into PA mode, sometimes i will get a sudden red light and stick shake, as the unit thinks someone is trying to step on while it is not level.

Thanks

The mat has a metal bottom. If you are cafeful, it might be possible to slightly bend the mat upwards so that it lifts the comfort mat with a bit more force.

The mat, not the comfort mat. If your regular mat doesn't have a metal bottom, I think we found our cuplrit.

The i2 mat does not have metal, but an ABS type plastic plate that's bonded to the rubber top.

If this is about your i180, Gihgehls is correct in that it could be the metal plate at the bottom of your regular mat that needs adjustment. It's not that hard for it to get bent out of shape and mess with the senson buttons. It should be somewhat flat. If not, it could be a sticky sensor button (unlikely) Your dealer could probably tell you, if you can't figure it out. Good luck.
