Wasn't that issue the reason all Segways were recalled?
It's never happened to me either, but I do recall getting one of my older machines updated to the latest software for free due to this issue. -i |

Shame on The National Law Review
That is not a news article.
It's an info-commercial with all the miss-statements and half truths of that marketing format. This guy knows zip about Segways. I agree. Did you notice that potential head injuries were mentioned twice in the list? I'm sure the author (who just happens to be a lawyer -- and gee, this was written in The National Law Review) would be more than happy to help out with any litigation....
