Today I have asked KLM by Phone.
If I can proof that I am disabled I can take my Segway i2.
I asked her what is the diference in risk, she said normaly you are not allowed to take your Segway if you use it for fun, when you have to use it because of your handycap we allow it.
They need my question 48 hours minimum before the flight.

I hope this information is usefull for you all, oh and KLM and Air France are one.
