I agree, I have not heard of a new version, but did hear of rumors of a different product with 3 wheels. It is a different type of device for a different market.

(I don't think the 3 wheel devices are designed for inside/outside access, have larger footprints, and different applications than 2 wheel, self balancing segways)

Are you aware of a new model on the horizon? If so, share your info.

Other than that, I would take a tour, and choose your segway, as previously suggested. They are a unique and fun experience to own and ride.
