Segway of Orange County
They had my Segway for TWO weeks and all I got was excuses. Blamed SEGWAY headquarters for everything. Also they added $85.00 to my bill " just because" no prior notice or approval. How these people stay in business is beyond me.
They never e-mailed me of phoned with any updates. The worst communication on the planet. It's NOT like they are busy, the place was always like a ghost town and I never saw one more Segway in for service in two weeks. SO I think they could have called and updated me.
I should have noticed when I never saw anyone in the place, sorta like a empty restaurant. There's a reason the place in EMPTY.
Note to SEGWAY: - Wake up and screen your dealers or do some checking on their service because service effects YOUR SALES.
