It's an earth leak.
One ( or more ) electrical parts or wire loom parts are leaking to earth ( chassis or casing ).
It may be fixable if you have electrical expertise.
You need some serious expertise, as this style of fault could potentially cause an electric shock.
If in doubt, don't do it as an amateur.
