I would just add that not all dealers can do this in-house. You may be wise to call in advance to check they offer this service locally. If not, they may be able to send it on, on your behalf, to a service centre capable of doing the work or even back to the 'mothership'.

In theory it should be cheaper than buying a new InfoKey (as you are providing the donor) but if the price is not too different, you might be wise just to buy an additional unit and keep your second InfoKey spare.
