hallo. i have a segway with starting problems. the batteries it shows 76-79 voltage but not starting. is comming an error code with one of the batteries (rear). i have changing out with the front and now is the front have a fault. the batteries is from 2013. i try to charge but is red on the one side. why it do that if the voltage is ok?? can you help me??
