I have 8 Segways some I170, I 180 420 1 XT plus 1 MiniPro for last 3 months, I love the MiniPro it's range is amazing also,
This being said, 3 of them have red lights also, not fun,
Try to fully charge then go for a ride all the way until it starts shaking, turn off and restart until same happens again, do it 3 times, make sure you are near your home so you can recharge and let it on charge for 48 hours, the system will try to rebalance the cells,
