This company - same company with different names - offers to rebuild battery packs. There is no address on their website, there are two negatives on the BBB website (two negatives with 15 years in business?), "F" rating on BBB (not good). The prices are attractive. Does anyone have experience with this company? Would you use them again?

MTO battery.

Had my LiIon's updated 2 years ago and have never had a problem since then. And, I glide/commute in the winter with snow. 10,000+ miles on Trigger, 2,000 since MTO refresh.

I have no personal experience with either ebattery or batteryfill, but you should search on this forum, and on the net. I did that once, and didn't like what I found. Things may have changed.

MTO Battery has a very good reputation on Segway Chat.
