Greetings,

I just joined because I'm thinking of buying s Segway for Christmas Gift. I'd like some advice on purchase.

There is a first generation i127 (2003) for sale, which seems to be a great deal. Are these worth buying under $1000 with re-conditioned battery? or are these a waste of money?

Appreciate any input you may have. I'm not quite ready to buy new at 7000
