I2 trouble red light only after trying to connect.
 

Hello,

I'm getting a red light flash wen I try to connect my info key.
To solve this problem I switch the battery in the info key.
Nothing changed...
I opened the key check it but see nothing strange.
How do I know if the radio board is malfunctioning?

If I need a new one do I need to buy en new key?

After many hours of cleaning and checking I can't find the problem.

When I switch the user interface cables from front to back and from back to front I get at startup four red LEDs blinking and shuts down.
What the hell can be the problem...? All this is without the cover plate and wheels.

Is there nobody who knows more in diagnosing a Segway or know how to measure the cu board by using the test points on it??

The front CU board get blinking green LEDs but the back CU board nothing.. I can't fourteen the cost of a new CU board....

Will have to be shipped for repairs....IMO this is and has been a huge problem for Segway Inc.....expensive and long wait times for repairs!
