Hi
When i conected my i2 without battery the Light are Red do you know this problem ?

Means there is a problem....a bit more information would help....If batterys are installed they flash green

If you remove a battery, and then connect mains ( as if you were charging your Segway ) then yes, you will get a red LED.
The charger detects that it cannot charge that battery ( obviously since it's not connected ) and so shows RED.

Is that what you mean ?
