i180 stuck wheel that I can't remove
 

Hi,
What is the best way to remove STUCK wheels ?
one side go out smoothly and the other is stuck no matter what force I use
Is any-one have a good way how to do it?

Rubber mallet to the inside rim will knock it loose.

I remove my wheels pretty often. I loosen the nut, then bang my fists on the sidewalls of the tires at a few locations around the circumference. Then I just lift (or sometimes jerk and lift) the wheel/tire and it comes loose.

I took just metal stick and put it between the wheel and the gear, bent It slowly and this worked for me

Be careful, too much pressure and something could bend.

I recall that it was somewhat counter intuitive, but the best action was similar to what some here stated, use the heel of your hand, or a mallet, on the outside of the tire, to break the seal.

If you hit the outside of the tire in several locations, (like 12, then 6, then 3 then 9 o'clock) it will work better than doing the same on the inside of the tire, or by slowly prying the wheel off against the transmission.

This is one of those occasions where the momentum and reaction to your efforts are more important than direct force.

Another example that comes to mind it the proper way to install an ax head. You place the head on the wooden handle, but do not pound it onto the handle, but instead lift the whole ax, and keeping it vertical, slam the heel of the handle (the other end) to the ground, and the sudden stop of the wood, and the momentum of the ax head will drive it into position.

With the segway, it is designed to resist coming off that spindle, (as in the case of a loose nut) so it will come off easier, if you attempt to put it on more, and it bounces off... Sort of... Not described well, but I hope you get my meaning...
