Wanted Gen 1 CSB Elcon type
 

I have one CSB that won't charge, a second one that will charge but when fitted the segway won't turn on (I'm thinking something in the connectors or the pass-thru circuits)

So I'm after a Elcon type CSB.

Or some clever insight into how to cannabalise the two partial working ones I've got and make one working one.

You can get a new CSB from the European Service Centre but it'll set you back GBP 500 + vat.

I would have thought at least one of your broken CSBs should be repairable. The non-charging one will most likely have some burnt out components, but the one that doesn't turn on the segway could be as simple as a poor contact in one of the connectors.

I'm going to do some explorative disassembly on the ones I have.
