I2 SE lean steer

My posts always seem to generate a lot of response here, but this one may be a little bit easier. Basically, my lean steer is crooked, albeit not by much. At the top of the handlebar it is maybe 2-3 inches off center. If I center it, (off the detent) sure enough it trys to zero turn ever so slowly. Here's what I did, I leaned the handlebar all the way to the side that it is leaning away from, and I felt a distinctive "slip", for lack of a better word, and when I returned it to the upright position, it was centered.
Question: this model has the new design on the handlebar attachment to the Seg, and it looks like it has 4 small bolts under the Segway sign in the center of the lean steer to attach it to the Segway. They appear to be tight. ? Has anyone encountered this (I'm sure someone has) and will loosing/tightening these fix the issue? Basically, what the heck is in there?

Have you done This . . .

Disclaimer: I Have No SE Experience.

A) Suggest you redo the Lean Steer assembly and calibration process in the SE user manual pages 19 and 20.

B) Suggest you contact Factory Support before removing screws on the SE lean steer base. Or if the problem is not fixed by step [A].

Note:

On an i2 model the SNAP heard when the lean steer is forced all the way to a fender is the lean steer attachment clamp breaking free of the round shaft base. It is part of the lean steer removal process and is documented in the original i2 model user guide.

There is nothing in the SE model user guide that references a SNAP when doing the lean steer attachment and calibration process on pages 19 and 20 of the user model.

A SNAP on an SE could mean something has slipped or broken.

I am familiar with the I2 lean steer removal system, and it does not work here. Where can I download the manual for an SE so I can reference pages 19 and 20?
