Self-righting wheelchair

Any chance of adding something like this to a Segway for those who use it seated?

I see many problems (or challenges) with the idea. A downed Segway doesn't start working again until it is nearly level. A downed Segway also weighs much more than a sports wheelchair. the nature of this development is that it provides a non-slip fulcrum for the athlete to push against so that if they fall foward, they can do a hard and fast push-up to get themselves back on their wheels. There isn't really anything "self-righting" about it.
