Over the years I have amassed a large collection of Segway parts including:

*Nickel Batteries; both working and dead
*control shafts/ bases
*complete base units
*hypertronics and elcon wiring harnesses
*etc..

Also, for the serious Segway enthusiast, I have a 14kt gold Gen1 Segway pendant with emeralds along the front of the base. It's a custom made beautiful piece of jewelery. To add a working 14k kickstand is unnecessary. Like a real Segway this one leans (hangs) for support. Seriously, this piece of Segway jewelry is rare, unique, and a conversation piece. And, it will likely go up in value with gold increases. It's a cool one of a kind piece...

My red key has gone dead
So I will need a new red key

I also bought a new set of cu base boards with 1 blue key, so again I'm looking for a new set of 3

You don't know anyone that is selling a set of gen1 mother boards or even know anyone that can re program them to get rid of the circle of deaf with the wrench
